Built in a block, each with their own entrance, available on either the ground or first floor. You can choose between Bungalows with one, two or three bedrooms. The owner of the ground floor has a garden and the Bungalow in the first floor usually has a roof terrace (Solarium).

Two storey homes typically set in blocks or rows of four houses joined together. Duplex style can also be found on ground and first floor levels and on upper and top floors of apartment buildings.
