The new councillor for Orihuela Costa and Beaches, Luisa Boné, has kindly sent us the latest photos of the work which was carried out in the Park in La Zenia. You can see that the benches and the utilities in the children playground area were all sanded and painted. The whole park and sandpits were also cleared and cleaned and the lawn planted.

Former kindergarten in Orihuela-Costa becomes civic centre!

The building in the Calle Cypris, which was supposed to be a kindergarten is converted to a civic centre officially opened on the 8 march 2017! In the building already was a library with a lot of english books and also a ping pong groupe is meeting there regularly. The new name of the this civic centre will be "Civic Centre Ramón de Campoamor". If you like to organize an event there please visit www.orihuela.es and apply for!
